Dear customers, we have extended our pricelist so now it is possible to follow the actual status of your order.
This new function is user friendly for our customers ordering on-line. After clicking on the column "Status" in your order file, appears the data field "Status of order", showing a list of workplaces the order is to go through, the assumed time of production as well as the actual providing time. The time is up-dated every hour. The column "State" indicates: "Unwrought": your order hasn´t been set into production yet and the production data is being compiled. "Waiting": your order has already been passed into production bu hasn´t yet gone through the first operation. "Processed": the production was finished and the data field shows its expedition time.
This information is available even for customers not ordering on-line. Each and every order even from customers using e-mail, post, fax or dealing personally can be found on the net. All orders are listed by name, stating the type of the board. Personal access to your order is possible when you receive the user name after inquiring by e-mail. Usually it is the oficial name of your company that is copied directly from our database. On the address http://www.printed.cz/eng/shop click "Lost password", insert this word to "Users name" and click to "Recover password". The system finds your e-mail address and sends you the password. To change the password, get on-line, click in the Pricelist-offer the "Administration of users´profile" and you receive a list with your contact data. You can correct the signs written-in by our operator, or change them completly. In case you forget the password, just repeat the whole operation once again. If you wish to get information about the phase of production of your order, just fill in the Pricelist (http://www.printed.cz/eng/shop) your user´s name and the password and you get the access to all your orders. Our system holds all your orders with the last one on top. At the same time you can visit the archive with your previous boards. It simplifies placing repeated orders. You get the price for such an order immediately.
The system guarantees your order will be finished in agreed time. Our computer may postpone some operations during the production in favour of other orders with shorter delivery time, but we keep the final date declared in connection with your order.
