The grooving is done by circular saw and the resulting V-cut has some certain dimensions . Although the machine is digitally controled, some uncertainity must be counted with. The motif must end 0.5 mm near the edge.
The milling machine has the tolerance under +/- 0.2 mm. Keep in mind that the motif should end at least 0.25 mm near the edge.
We no more cut the pcbs with the scissors.
